We stand by our commitment to getting your order out on time. If your order is not dispatched within 2 weeks of the estimated dispatch date, we will provide you with a $500 credit as compensation for the delay.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligible Orders

    • This guarantee applies only to Odin Ice Bath 3.0 and Odin Plunge orders placed directly through the official Odin Ice Baths website or authorized Odin Ice Baths representatives.

  2. Lead Time Confirmation

    • The estimated dispatch date refers to the timeframe provided at the time of purchase, as stated in your order confirmation email.
    • Dispatch is defined as the point at which your order leaves our facility and tracking information is provided.
    • If your order is not dispatched within 2 weeks of the estimated dispatch date, you are eligible for compensation as outlined below.

  3. Exclusions
    This guarantee does not apply if the delay is caused by:

    • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, government restrictions).
    • Customer-related delays, including unpaid balances, requested order changes, or failure to provide required information.
    • Custom or modified orders that require additional processing time.

  4. Claim Process

    • If your order is not dispatched within 2 weeks of the estimated dispatch date, you must submit a claim by emailing info@odinplunge.com within 7 days of the missed dispatch date.
    • Claims must include your order number and confirmation of the delayed dispatch.

  5. Compensation

    • The $500 credit will be issued as either:
      • A refund to the original payment method.
      • A store credit for future purchases.
    • Compensation applies per order, not per item.

  6. Limitations

    • Only one compensation claim per order.
    • This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  7. Policy Changes

    • Odin Ice Baths reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time.
    • Any eligible orders placed before changes take effect will remain covered under the original terms.
